The guidance to apply with clarity and confidence.
PA Mentor Studio offers longitudinal mentorship for PA school applicants: structured, unhurried, and grounded in genuine admissions expertise.
Book a Free CallThis is not a quick-fix course or an application review service. It is a mentorship relationship built over months or years, with someone who has reviewed thousands of applications and sat on the other side of the table.
Mentorship Pathways
Three structured pathways. One approach.
12 months
1-Year Mentorship
Strategic, intensive mentorship for applicants who are ready to apply and need focused, expert support to present their strongest possible candidacy.
24 months
2-Year Mentorship
A structured two-year developmental arc for applicants who want time to build their clinical foundation, refine their narrative, and apply with confidence.
36 months
3-Year Mentorship
A comprehensive three-year mentorship relationship for applicants who are beginning early and want sustained, experienced guidance at every stage of their journey.
Each pathway is a distinct structure, not a tier. The right fit depends on where you are in your journey, not how much you're willing to invest. Compare pathways.

Meet Dr. Michelle Strange
Insight earned from the inside.
Dr. Michelle Strange, DMSc, PA-C, RDCS (AE)(PE) is a board-certified Physician Associate, educator, and admissions leader dedicated to helping future PAs navigate the admissions process with clarity and confidence.
With clinical experience in cardiology and a career in physician associate education since 2019, Dr. Strange brings a unique perspective that bridges clinical practice, higher education, and admissions. She has served for years as an Admissions Committee Chair, reviewing more than 3,000 PA school applications and participating in countless admissions decisions across multiple application cycles.
Her expertise extends beyond the admissions committee. Dr. Strange has presented at the Physician Assistant Education Association (PAEA) Regional Meeting on admissions factors, sharing evidence-informed approaches to holistic applicant review and the characteristics that contribute to successful candidates. In 2025, she was also featured as a speaker at GVSU's GR Tech Week, discussing AI's role in the future of medicine.
She has also published research on point-of-care ultrasound utilization and diagnostic outcomes in the emergency department.
PA Mentor Studio was created to provide applicants with mentorship grounded in firsthand experience. Rather than focusing on shortcuts or application “hacks,” Dr. Strange helps applicants understand how admissions committees evaluate academic preparation, clinical experiences, professionalism, leadership, service, and personal growth, empowering them to build authentic, competitive applications.
More about the founder“Strong applications are built over time, not assembled at the last minute. The applicants who benefit most from this work are those who want to understand the process, not just survive it.”
